Closure

Due to the weather we have made the decision to close until the new year.
Enrolement night will be held on the 17th January with first night of training the 24th january.




Enrolement Night 

This will  now be held the week before your Course starts to enable us to sort out all the paperwork and fees before your class starts so no time is wasted. Also an information talk will be given about your course and any Club Rules. It also gives you a chance to meet your Trainers and ask any questions or address  concerns you might have.



Pendle Dog Wardens

Wag has recently teamed up with Cat and Laura from Pendle Council to promote Responsible dog ownership. We had a recent very sucessful test evening with Cat and Laura judging the classes and they gave a talk at our Enrolement Night. We look forward to getting involved in more schemes with them soon.




Choke Chains


It has come to our attention that various rumours are abound. One of these is that we condone/use Choke chains. We at Wag do NOT use or condone the use of these aids in our classes. Anyone coming with one of these will be asked to remove it. If this is refused then the person will be asked to leave.


1-1 sessions/ Private lessons

These are now available for those unable to come to the Classes, or whose dogs need special help. Please email for further details.

Sponsered walk

In June 13th 2010 members of WAG dog training club did a sponsered walk up Pendle Hill in aid of the RSPCA (Altham Branch).
The weather was kind and it was dry and cool for the duration, perfect conditions!
The dogs were very well behaved and a credit to all the hard work their owners have put into their training.
The members......Connor(Rico),Sarah(Friski,Stripe,Kay),Susan and Norman(Rupert),Colette and Chris(Bonzo),Rachel(Moby),John(Saffy),Gerard(Izzy and Ellie) and not in photo Alison and Oscar raised a total of £180 which was presented to Jeanette Ainscough, the center manager the following week.
Wag are now making plans for a further walk later on in the year!
